Experience. With over 20 years of legal experience, Robert Dubose handles a broad range of appeals with an emphasis on commercial and contract disputes, insurance coverage, and corporate governance. He also works with trial lawyers on legal strategy before and during trial, frequently arguing the jury charge and preserving arguments for appeal.
Scholarship. A graduate of Rice University and Harvard Law School, Robert is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Appellate Law. From 1998 to 2010, Robert taught courses at the University of Houston Law Center, including Appellate Advocacy and Insurance Appeals.
Robert is frequent speaker and writer who has authored or edited books including:
